This website does not use cookies. It installs none on your device, neither its own nor third-party ones, and it does not store information in your browser by other means. That is why you will not see a banner asking you to accept cookies: there is nothing to accept.

What cookies are

Cookies, and other similar technologies, are small files that a website stores on a visitor's device. They are used to remember user data — preferences, sessions — and, in many cases, to track browsing and build profiles for analytics or advertising.

Under European law, analytics and advertising cookies require the user's informed consent. Strictly technical cookies, needed for the site to work or to provide a service the user has expressly requested, are exempt.

Cookies used on this website

None. This is a static site: it is served as pre-built pages, with no advertising, no embedded social networks and no third-party tracking tools. Visits are measured without cookies, from our own server, as explained below. It does not load fonts, maps or scripts hosted on external servers either: everything it needs is on our own server.

The only exception: videos

Pages containing videos show a still image until you press play. Only then — and only if you choose to watch it — is the video loaded from YouTube, which may then install its own cookies under its own policy. We use YouTube's no-tracking domain (youtube-nocookie.com), but the video is served by Google and its terms are beyond our control. See Google's privacy policy.

The location map on the contact page is likewise a still image: no interactive map is loaded, and the map service opens only if you click on it.

Visit measurement

To find out which pages and products draw the most interest, this site counts visits using Umami, analytics software installed on our own server. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not follow you from one site to another. The data never leaves our server and is not shared with anyone.

Each visit records only the page viewed, the address you arrived from, the language, the country, and the type of browser and device. Your IP address is not kept: it is used only, transformed by an irreversible code that changes every day, to tell one visit from another within the same day. These data therefore cannot identify anyone, nor recognise a visitor the following day. As this is anonymous measurement that does not access information stored on your device, it does not require your consent.

If your browser sends the Do Not Track signal, nothing at all is recorded.

Forms

The contact forms on this site do not use cookies. The data you enter is sent to our server to answer your enquiry and is processed as described in the privacy policy.

Personal data

GLICERIO CHAVES HORNEROS, S.L. is the controller of the personal data and processes it in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). As no cookies are used, this website builds no browsing profiles and does not follow visitors across sites; the visit measurement described above is anonymous and cannot identify anyone. The only personal data processed is what the visitor voluntarily enters in the contact forms, in order to answer the enquiry, on the basis of their consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time; access, rectify, port and erase your data, and restrict or object to its processing; and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es).
